About us
North Bay Ski Racing Club is a non profit ski club with approximately 20 ski racers. We are family oriented and rely on a strong network of volunteers to ensure a well coordinated and successful club. Ski racing programs are available for children starting at age 5 and continue through age 18. Our programs are designed to give racers the opportunity to develop their skills and confidence in elementary race techniques. The Race club operates out of the Laurentian Ski hill located in North Bay, Ontario. The NBSRC U14/U16/U18 compete in the Northern Ontario Division (NOD) circuit which includes teams from Sudbury, Sault Ste Marie, Elliott Lake and Timmins.

Kate Pace
Kate Pace (born February 13, 1969), also known as Kate Pace Lindsay, is a Former and a life time NBSRC Member.
Born and raised in North Bay Ontario, Kate at a young age trained and raced with the NBSRC out of Laurentian ski hill and Mont Antione in the NOD division.
Kate went on to win six World Cup medals and three Canadian downhill championships. She finished 1st place in the downhill event at the 1993 FIS World Ski Championships. She was a member of the national team at the 1994 Winter Olympics and the 1998 Winter Olympics. She retired in 1998. In 1993, she was awarded the Velma Springstead Trophy and the Bobbie Rosenfeld Award.
A twelve kilometre pathway, the Kate Pace Way, located in North Bay is named in her honour.
